We would like to inform our customers that one of our hosting servers experienced an unexpected reboot on 13 July 2026 at approximately 22:21 (UTC+5:30), resulting in a 31-minute service interruption for services hosted on the affected server.
Our engineering team, restored all affected services, and conducted a detailed investigation. At this time, we have found no evidence of a controlled shutdown or operating system-related issue that would explain the unexpected reboot. The server has been stable since services were restored and continues to operate normally.
We are continuing to work with our datacenter provider to determine the underlying cause of the incident and will take any necessary corrective actions based on the outcome of the investigation.
