Once there, hover over the Resellers button, and then click on List Resellers. This should bring up a list of your reseller accounts. Next, please scroll to the account you want to modify, and then click the Options button that is on the same row. This will bring up a new page where you can find out information about the account, and links to change options.
- If you want to terminate the reseller account, click the Terminate Reseller button.
- If you want to see the accounts sold by the reseller, and information about how much resources they are using up, select List Accounts.
- If you want to change the resellers WHM password, choose Change WHM Password, and enter a new password.
- If you want to suspend the reseller, choose Suspend Reseller.
- If you want to change the Nameservers the reseller uses, click on Limit & Private NS.
- If you want to unsuspend the reseller, click Unsuspend Reseller.
- If you want to downgrade the account to shared hosting, click on Downgrade to shared.
