Install Direct Admin On your VPS Server

Today we are going to install Direct Admin on our CentOS 7 server . Direct Admin is a popular cPanel/Plesk alternative

First log onto ssh via putty.

login

1. Upgrade & Update your Server

  yum update 

apt-get update


yum upgrade


apt-get upgrade




2. Install Direct Admin Dependencies

 
yum install psmisc net-tools systemd-devel libdb-devel perl-DBI perl-Perl4-CoreLibs xfsprogs rsyslog logrotate crontabs file kernel-headers

tightvnc





5.  Once done retrieve the setup file 

 w
get https://www.directadmin.com/setup.sh

vncserver


6. Give permission access.

chmod 755 setup.sh


passwd



7. Run the setup
6. After installing enter your ip and the port as 5901 to login
 



Replace xxx with your IP Address
